This policy explains what personal information Telcofly collects when you use telcofly.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, company, email, phone number and postal address.
- Billing records: your orders, invoices and payment status. Card details are entered on our payment provider's page and are never stored by us.
- Service data: the domains and hosting services on your account, and support tickets you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic log information when you use the website, and a cookie that keeps you logged in.
Why we use it
- To create your account and provide the services you order.
- To send invoices, renewal reminders and service notices.
- To register domain names, which requires passing your contact details to the domain registry.
- To answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the companies needed to deliver your service:
- our payment providers, to process payments;
- domain registries and registrars, to register and renew domains;
- our hosting and email infrastructure providers.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in and keep forms secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and for the period tax and accounting laws require afterwards. Support tickets are kept with your account.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details in your client area at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account, by contacting us. Some records must be kept where the law requires.
Security
Passwords are stored in hashed form, payment details are handled by our payment provider, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
